This 27,000 sq. ft. facility includes vo-tech classrooms, meeting rooms, and construction laboratories to support the construction program at the college. The facility includes standard mixed air handling units with an extensive energy management system. The project includes a lighting control system used to control public spaces and private offices. The building also includes a solar hot water system, Photovoltaic systems and various refrigerant based AHU systems. The building was built with open ceilings, open mechanical rooms and transparent wall systems to support the use of the building itself as a teaching tool.

Moses Engineering was the mechanical, electrical, plumbing professional for the project. Moses Engineering designed an air-cooled chiller plant, condensing boilers, energy recovery systems, plumbing utilities, photovoltaic power systems, solar hot water system, lighting, fire sprinklers and a complete IT and A/V system.

Moses Engineering served as Commissioning Authority for the project ensuring the Owners Project Requirements had been achieved. The commissioning scope included air handling systems, hot water boiler systems, chilled water production equipment, photovoltaic systems, solar hot water, lighting control systems and overall building automation system functions. In addition, Moses Engineering provided a comprehensive final report documenting the Cx results and findings.
