This new, three story, 47,000 GSF facility is the jewel of Innovation Square. Located on the northeast corner of the old Shands at AGH site, its proximity to the University of Florida makes this a prime location for future businesses as the Masterplan of the site shows.

The facility primarily houses business incubator space for the many new companies being developed around UF discoveries. It provides flexible dry and wet laboratories, office and support spaces. The program includes office space to co-locate tech transfer staff, inventors, entrepreneurs, investors, student interns, alumni, and service partners such as attorneys, accountants, etc. as well as startup companies and support spaces.

The facility encourages a high level of interaction in “collision spaces”, the shared common areas of the building; Atrium Lobby, Conference Rooms, Conference Areas, Coffee Bar and Kitchen / Break Room, by offering opportunities for people to cross paths, connect, share information and collaborate.
