This 150,000 sq. ft. facility includes apartments, common areas and dining hall spaces. Constructed in 2000 this facility has a total occupancy of 528 beds. Lakeside is composed mostly of upper division residents. The apartments include four and has fully furnished bedrooms, a living room, two baths and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and a full size refrigerator. The complex also includes floor lounges with kitchen and recreation spaces.

M&A provided utility extension, site preparation and construction administration for two three-story and four four-story apartment type residence buildings. The six buildings consisted of two living unit sections connected by a central elevator/stairway. Each floor includes eight four-bedroom apartments. The project also provided an approximate 8,000 SF Commons Building that houses a deli/convenience store, administrative offices, and storage. A 2,000 SF building contains two apartments for a resident manager and a resident faculty member.

M&A provided all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services. M&A also participated in all phases of the project including bidding and construction administration.
