Commissioning Services

With a portfolio of more than 50 projects; including many LEED® certified projects. Moses Engineering has become a recognized leader in the field of building commissioning and retro-commissioning within the Southeastern part of the U.S. As a firm, Moses Engineering has been providing commissioning and retro-commissioning services for over 10 years. Because our commissioning staff spends time, designing systems, performing energy studies and doing facility assessments, in addition to commissioning, we have developed a unique understanding of building systems, systems design, and facility operations. This diverse workload and background have allowed us to bring the highest level of value to the building commissioning process. This ensures systems are functional, energy efficient, and maintainable.

Moses Engineering has established a reputation for commissioning mechanically complex and sophisticated educational and research facilities. We have established ourselves as experts in commissioning Bio Safety Level 2, 3, & 4 facilities, as well as animal holding facilities. The control systems used in these facilities are complex and represent the most critical elements of institutional HVAC systems. Moses Engineering has created a commissioning team that has over 40 years of combined mechanical and control systems startup and testing experience. Heading up this team is David L. Brooks P.E., a principal Owner in the firm. Mr. Brooks is one of only a few registered control systems engineers in the commissioning industry.
