In addition to traditional renovation design services, we offer consulting services including but not limited to construction cost estimation, return on investment calculations, life cycle cost analysis, master planning, and more. Throughout the history of Moses Engineering, we have responded to emergencies such as utility pipeline failures, emergency power system failures, transformer explosions, chiller fires, and so many more. More recently, we served an integral role with many healthcare groups in hardening their existing systems against the COVID-19 pandemic and did so at the drop of a hat. Many of our emergency response designs are completed in 48 hours and are installed within two weeks of inception.
